Assistance Programs

We help remove the financial barriers that can prevent people with epilepsy from getting the care and medication they need.

Direct Support for Real Needs

The Epilepsy Foundation of Southeast Tennessee offers three assistance programs designed to ease the financial burden of living with epilepsy. All programs are subject to availability and eligibility requirements.

Transportation Assistance

Neurology Assistance

We can help pay portions of outstanding balances from past or upcoming neurology visits. Managing epilepsy requires consistent neurological care — and we work to make sure cost isn't what stands in the way.

Transportation Assistance

For individuals who are unable to drive due to their epilepsy diagnosis, we provide transportation assistance through Uber Health to help you get to epilepsy-related medical appointments.

Prescription Assistance

We can help pay for seizure medications at select pharmacies. Consistent access to medication is critical for seizure control, and we're here to help ensure no one goes without what they need.
